Kerrie Challenor is NTI's Chief People & Service Officer. Kerrie is responsible for ensuring excellence in NTI’s People & Capability, Service Centre, and Customer Care Team, in addition to our ESG Program.
Kerrie has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, both in senior Human Resources and General Management roles. Most recently, she held the position of National Manager, Personal Insurance, Broker Relationships and Service for CGU.
Kerrie brings a welcome combination of human resources and general insurance industry experience to the role.
