As Chief Claims Officer, Alan is responsible for managing our award-winning claims team as they continue to deliver meaningful claims experiences for our customers and partners. In addition to this, Alan manages our Parcel Protect offering.
Alan joined NTI in 1994 and has held several senior management roles within the organisation, most recently as General Manager – Direct.
