App Subscription
Payments:
Billing invoiced monthly via the NTI Platform. 14 day payment terms from date of issue.
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, any cancellation takes effect from the end of the next due date
- We may also cancel your Subscription by providing at least 90 days' notice
- Subscriptions are non-refundable. You are not entitled to a refund or credit for any part of a billing period during which you do not use the platform.

Insurance Premium
Payments:
Billing invoiced monthly via the NTI Platform. 14 day payment terms from date of issue.
Total premium per protected (insured) shipment: Premium rate x shipped sales order
- Premium rate includes applicable GST and any relevant government charges
- Shipped sales order are total sales value of insured goods shipped including freight cost
Unprotected shipments are not insured and will not be charged.
If invoices are not paid by the due date shipments past the due date will be flagged as unprotected (uninsured) shipments.
Any cases/claims lodged for unprotected shipments triaged back to you the merchant for resolution with your customer.
Cover will be reinstated from time of payment onwards (unless backdating option is available and we agree).
Cancellation:
You may only cancel your policy at the end of any covered month or during a cover pause period by request by contacting us via the NTI Platform.
We may cancel the policy when permitted to do so by law, including in the event on any non-payment of the Premium and by giving the appropriate notice under the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 or the Marine Insurance Act 1909 whichever is applicable. Cancellation will be provided by written notice.
