Based in NTI’s Head Office, Kurt leans on his 16 years of industry experience to help customers identify risks and solutions whether they’re cultural, operational, or financial. He takes pride in working alongside customers to strengthen supply chains to ensure their businesses continue to thrive.
Having held previous positions as a Freight Operations Supervisor and National Project Cargo Manager, among others, he’s passionate about ensuring the safe transit of cargo both domestic and international.

Paul has over 20 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and workplace health and safety, predominantly in the air and road freight transport industries.
He specialises in mitigating operational risk, particularly mitigating loss of vehicles and equipment, and has expertise in looking at compliance and claims frequency issues.
Paul is passionate about making a positive impact on risk management, safety, and corporate compliance disciplines, as well as driver wellness in the transport and logistics industries.

Based in NTI's Head Office, located in Brisbane, Adam is a self-described 'truck nerd'. He has had a varied career across all facets of transport operations and safety, including a role at the NHVR.
His expertise ranges from the practical through to philosophy of regulation.
Adam also authors NTI's NTARC Major Accident Report which analyses trends in truck safety based on claims history. He is also involved in a wide range of industry advocacy and research projects.

Based across NTI's Head Office, located in Brisbane, as well as New Zealand. Kelly is co-developer of the safety culture and leadership program 'Traction' and works with leaders to move their organisation to the next gear, while developing their confidence and accelerating their projects.
Kelly is a qualified change manager and skillful leader, who has a passion for building great teams and culture. This can be traced back to her formative years of military service.

Based in New Zealand, Jenni has an international background in education and running her own businesses.
As the co-developer, and New Zealand facilitator of the specialist transport safety culture and leadership program 'Traction', Jenni loves immersing herself with a customer in their leadership or communication issues and working hand in hand to solve them.
Her creative and engaging style works well with staff at all levels and results in practical and effective coaching and training.

He is also great at diagnosing issues for transport operators and helping them know where to focus.
Dave takes a holistic view of a customers transport operation, builds a roadmap to identity and solve their most pressing challenges.
