NTI announces ownership of Australian CoR Management System

NTI, Australia’s leading transport & logistics specialist insurer is proud to share news of acquiring Logistics Safety Solutions (LSS), home of CoR-Safe, an online CoR management system supporting parties within the supply chain to better manage their compliance.

NTI’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Mr Chris Hogarty says the acquisition is a progressive step towards NTI creating a safer and more sustainable future for the transport and logistics industry.

“We also know it’s important to make information and technology accessible, especially in the safety & compliance space, in order for it to really work for the industry. This acquisition gives us the opportunity to make a real difference.”

LSS Founder and Director, Mr Paul Gaynor will continue his involvement with LSS and brings with him over 30 years’ experience as a leader in the supply chain. 

Mr Gaynor is a familiar and well respected member of the industry, as previous founding CEO of the National Transport Federation (now NatRoad) and Co-Founder of Australian Trucking Association (ATA).

He says that while LSS has seen considerable uptake by leading supply chains across Australia and New Zealand, he’s excited to see the extended capability of the business under NTI’s ownership.

“I’m passionate about safety in the transport & logistics industry, and safety for all road users,” he said.

“NTI has the insight and expertise to make LSS and the LSS CoR-Safe System more accessible to industry and I’m excited to be part of that through this acquisition.”

LSS will run as a separate entity to NTI to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements pertaining to customer information and data.
