NEW PREMIUM REPAIRER JOINS NTI

Melbourne-based heavy vehicle repairer, Truckrite has partnered with Australia’s largest transport and logistics specialist insurer, NTI, expanding the organisation’s national network of Premium Repairers.

Truckrite is an Australian owned and operated company servicing all makes and models of heavy vehicles.

NTI’s Head of Claims Services, Tim Pontifex said it was great to be able to offer the expertise of Truckrite’s professional state of the art workshop and skilled technicians providing great outcomes for our customers.

“By having repairs completed by a Premium Repairer such as Truckrite, our customers know they will receive the highest level of service and quality of repair with reduced downtime,” Mr Pontifex said.  

“This is great news for NTI and our customers. We uphold strict eligibility on becoming an NTI Premium Repairer. There are only 20 across Australia, so it’s not every day a new Premium Repairer joins our network.”

Mr Pontifex said NTI’s expansive network of repairers provides customers with greater convenience and access.

“All our Premium Repairers meet NTI’s high repair standards, which include equipment levels needed for the heavy vehicle industry and staff experience in the workshop, and which result in reducing time off road for our customers,” he said. 

“Above all, NTI has a trusted relationship with our network repairers.”
